Charlye E. Miller is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and the President & Principal Consultant of Nearanna Consulting LLC. With over 23 years of Human Resource Management experience, Charlye brings deep expertise across a wide range of industries — from Fortune-level companies to small businesses.

Charlye has held senior HR roles at major organizations including Kodak Dental Systems (an Eastman Kodak Company), Sodexo, and Jackmont Hospitality (TGI Fridays Franchise). She recently served as Governance Committee Chair for WorkSource Atlanta and holds multiple HR professional memberships.
